Inventory Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Manage inventory levels, track product movements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting inventory management standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management across the organization.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, with a focus on inventory management.
- Proven track record of improving inventory management processes and reducing costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
