Operations Director

Job Summary
As an Operations Director with Domino's Franchise, you will oversee the management of assigned stores. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

This leadership position requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure food, labor, and service goals are met in all stores. You will work closely with direct supervisors to review P&L statements monthly, maintain a minimum 50-hour workweek, and meet or exceed TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth store operations. They will also be responsible for staff training, maintenance, and implementing new products or ideas seamlessly.

Requirements
