Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is in search of a Project Management Associate (Program Integrator) to become a vital member of our diverse and skilled team. This role will provide support to the Product Build Integrated Product Team (IPT) on the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Program. The position requires on-site presence, as remote work is not an option. Key responsibilities will involve executing tasks that empower IPT leadership to attain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating integration between Product Build and Production IPTs.
  • Managing the operational elements of ongoing projects.
  • Acting as a liaison among IPT managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), team members, and other program functions.

Regular Duties May Include:

  • Aggregating and reporting data on actual charging metrics and financials to assist in staffing resource planning.
  • Supporting Change Request and Risk Management processes and assessing impacts.
  • Updating and enhancing the team’s SharePoint site and knowledge resources.
  • Submitting and tracking Program Access Requests (PARs).
  • Maintaining organizational charts.
  • Facilitating staff meetings, compiling charts, and tracking action items.
  • Scheduling and promoting engagement activities such as team recognition and business area highlights.
  • Assisting in the writing of new business proposals and team organization.
  • Supporting Control Account Managers (CAMs) with monthly Earned Value (EV) data collection and review.
  • Assessing project challenges and formulating solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and effective communication abilities.

Position Levels:

This role may be filled as an Associate Program Integrator (Level 1) or a Program Integrator (Level 2) based on the qualifications outlined below.

Basic Qualifications for Associate Program Integrator:

  • Bachelor's degree with no prior experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Security Clearance as required.

Basic Qualifications for Program Integrator:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Program Integration, or a Master's degree in the same fields with no experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Security Clearance as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project integration.
  • Familiarity with Risk/Issue/Opportunities (RIO/TRIO) management.
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) experience or certification.
  • Scheduling expertise.
  • Proposal writing experience.
  • Background in the Aerospace and/or Defense industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in creating presentations.
