The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive activities that promote social-emotional learning and enrichment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead lessons and activities designed to increase excitement about learning and promote social-emotional growth.
  • Motivate and engage TK/K-6th grade students through STEAM-based activities and other enrichment programs.
  • Assist with homework completion and snack distribution to support student success.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to develop and implement lesson plans and activities.
  • Serve as a positive role model to students and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working with elementary and/or middle school students.
  • Strong understanding of social-emotional learning principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
