Your Role

As an analyst in our investment banking team, you will work closely with experienced professionals on a variety of consulting tasks and M&A transactions, particularly in the areas of activism defense and public takeovers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Structuring transactions and creating additional financial models.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a leading investment bank or corporate finance boutique, familiarity with listed companies is advantageous.
  • Expertise in accounting, valuation, corporate finance, financial modeling, and business strategy.
  • Proficient in MS Office, research databases, and data analytics.
