Key Responsibilities- Component Analysis: Conduct thorough inspections and measurements of existing gas turbine components to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
- Design and Development: Utilize NX CAD software to design and develop engineering solutions for gas turbine components, ensuring they meet or exceed original specifications.
- Collaboration and Quality Control: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to provide technical guidance during the production of reverse-engineered components, ensuring quality and precision.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, engineering drawings, and documentation for all reverse-engineered components.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years' work experience in Gas Turbine Engineering or equivalent field.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ANSI-Y-14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing, gas turbine design experience, and experience with CAD/CAM software (NX Software preferred).
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent analytical skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Additional Requirements: Due to the nature of our work, you must be a US Citizenship or Green card holder.
