Job Overview

Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and packaging items for distribution, primarily using cherry pickers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for shipments.
  • Engage in picking and packaging operations with a focus on accuracy.
Compensation:
  • Starting pay is $17/hour for day shifts and $18/hour for evening and night shifts, which includes a $1/hour shift premium.
  • Possibility of higher starting wages based on relevant experience.
Work Environment:

This position is located in a clean, well-lit warehouse setting with high shelving systems.

  • Shifts available: Day Shift: 6am-2:30pm, Evening Shift: 2pm-10:30pm, Night Shift: 10pm-6:30am.
  • Overtime may be required, starting with volunteers and becoming mandatory if necessary.
  • Flexibility to come in early or stay late during peak periods.
