Floral Merchandising Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Floral Merchandising Associate to join our team at Hy-Vee Supermarket. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating visually appealing floral arrangements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with placing orders, completing paperwork, and taking deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
• Create beginning levels of design work floral arrangements and fill necessary merchandising needs
• Assist customers with placing orders and complete associated paperwork
• Take deliveries and process them accordingly

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in a retail or customer service environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team-based setting.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000-$55,000, depending on experience and location.
