Our esteemed client is seeking to appoint a Lead Property Financial Analyst. This role will operate under a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain general ledgers for a varied portfolio of properties.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile and scrutinize balance sheet accounts to ensure precision and thoroughness.
- Examine lease contracts and billing procedures to confirm accurate charges and modifications.
- Manage tenant recurring charges and implement adjustments as necessary.
- Accurately track and document cash receipts.
- Analyze loan agreements, oversee debt service payments, and manage escrow accounts.
- Monitor and bill management fees in line with contractual obligations.
- Calculate and reconcile annual CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges for tenants.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in property accounting.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Familiarity with Yardi is advantageous.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
