  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs and maintenance services
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in GM service and repair
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred
