Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team in various administrative tasks, including filing, sending emails, and preparing sales-related documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to promote awareness of the company's brand image internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, sending emails, and typing.
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote awareness of the company's brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing customer loyalty.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
  • Answer customer questions about company facilities and services.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them to respond to questions and requests.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address customer service needs.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
