This role involves driving a shuttle bus in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of safety awareness. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a shuttle bus safely and efficiently, following established routes and schedules.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all company policies and regulations.

  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any defects or issues to the maintenance department.

  • Collaborate with other drivers and staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

">

  • Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.

  • Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull equipment as needed.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
