Key Responsibilities
  • Provide "SUPERSTAR Service" to guests by following all guest service guidelines and procedures.
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively, cleaning and stocking the station area(s), and performing other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Ensure that all guests receive hot, quality products by preparing, packaging, and delivering all products according to Menu Standards.
  • Handle all food products according to company procedures, following all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees.
Training and Development

We are committed to the growth and development of our Team Members. As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities through our CKE Crew Person Training Program.

  • Follow the steps outlined in the CKE Crew Person Training Program to learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities and to improve personal performance level.
  • Communicate to immediate supervisor when additional training, guidance, and practice are needed.
  • Understand how each job responsibility in the restaurant impacts the guests, other employees, and overall operations.

  • Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing the expected work during each shift, consistently producing quality work.
  • Support the goals, decisions, and directives of the Restaurant Management Team, performing additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
  • Follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls, following all cost control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs, properly using all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements
