Job Title: Field Service Project Manager

At Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project management duties, including contract management, quality control, project supervision, accounting, health & safety, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of proposal preparation and submission, thoroughly reviewing contracts and negotiated changes prior to contract execution.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to establish new accounts, service existing accounts, and procure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that items for field use are purchased in accordance with established procurement regulations and are within budgetary limits.
  • Manage personnel assigned to the department, including recruiting, job assignments, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Responsible for assuring that all company-owned vehicles and equipment operate properly and safely, and that required periodic maintenance and repairs are accomplished.
  • Ensure that project cost reporting, revenue reporting, and other financial data are accurate and submitted timely.
  • Responsible for contacting clients to arrange payment on past due accounts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in the subject area preferred, with progressively responsible management experience in the assigned or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with the MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
