About the Team:

In this role, you will integrate product, technology, and business objectives to implement our strategies utilizing Generative AI.

Your ability to achieve significant and measurable results will be crucial as you define and oversee objectives, roadmaps, interdepartmental collaboration, progress tracking, and technical specifications for our Generative AI initiatives.

This position demands a robust technical foundation, exceptional system architecture capabilities, and strong communication skills.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing technical projects in AI and/or Machine Learning.

- Experience collaborating across a wide range of groups on enterprise-level initiatives.

- Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.


- At least 3 years of experience in developing distributed systems and highly available services utilizing cloud computing architectures, preferably AWS.

- 3+ years of experience in creating highly scalable mobile products and platforms.

- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.


- 3+ years of experience in delivering large and complex programs, owning the business or technical vision, collaborating with extensive cross-functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and removing obstacles to achieve business impact.

- Experience in developing systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).

Compensation:
The salary range for this role varies by location.

Salary information is provided solely for candidates hired to work within specific locations and reflects the amount Capital One is willing to offer at the time of this posting.

This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
