Production Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Gauthier Biomedical Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various production processes and assisting different departments to ensure the final product meets quality and production specifications and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Operate various tools, machines, and equipment, including polishing wheels, grinders, hydraulic mold presses, drill presses, CNC lathes, and mills.
- Perform deflashing operations, remove excess silicone material, and clean molded products.
- Assemble components to meet production specifications, perform in-process verification of form/fit/function of assembled components, and perform laser marking as specified by job requirements.
- Polish metal components using sanding belts and polishing wheels.
- Operate the pad printing machine to apply silicone ink per customer specifications.
- Glass-bead/grit blast components and heat treat parts as needed.
- Perform final cleaning of finished products.
- Assist with preparing and packaging products for shipment.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
- Use precision measuring instruments to determine component conformance to specifications.
- Perform other production assignments as necessary.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related production experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
