As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all designated finished good items and quantity of items are correctly picked, packed, and shipped according to client specifications, eliminating errors and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure productivity and quality goals are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Maximize productivity and efficiency through the use of RF guns and cross training
* Assist and/or lead training efforts for new hires within the department and cross train veterans in other functions
* Plan for adequate manpower to meet daily schedules and appropriately match associate skills with duties of the job

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required
* At least 1-year previous experience in a comparable position
* Forklift drivers must be able to pass forklift certification training

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

* Must be able to operate a variety of equipment: stand up forklift, sit down forklift and order picker
* Physical movements including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily work routine
* Must be able to operate computer equipment
* Work is performed in a warehouse environment subject to temperature variances that include occasional function in a cold environment
