Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Software Infrastructure to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex future Support Infrastructure projects, including software installations, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and upgrade projects with PM software.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Identify proposed scope and select the Project Team most appropriate for the project.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates by breaking the scope into manageable tasks and estimate each task separately.
- Team Management: Select, contract, and manage all subconsultants.
- Project Coordination: Set up each project in the financial management system, including the input of budgets by phase.
- Progress Monitoring: Meet with the Project Team to determine project progress, identify remaining tasks, establish schedule, budget, and project resource demands.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management of business operations projects, preferably in an engineering or related industry.
- Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including IT system installations, project management system implementations, tool/process installations, infrastructure developments, and other operation support projects.
- Scope, Schedule, and Budget Development: Experience with defining and documenting specific goals, deliverables, tasks, and constraints, creating a detailed schedule for project activities, tasks, milestones, and deadlines, and estimating, allocating, and managing financial resources required to execute the project activities and deliverables.
- Planning and Delegating: Experience setting objectives, determining the actions required to achieve those objectives, and developing a systematic approach to coordinate and allocate resources effectively within a specified timeframe.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, clients, and vendors.
- Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
- Financial Management: Ability to develop and manage project budget, monitor costs, and make informed decisions to keep projects within budgetary constraints.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or Project Management.
Total Compensation Range for Project Manager Position: $120k - $150k.
