Overnight Caregiver Opportunity

Right at Home, a leading provider of non-medical care services, is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to support our clients in Larimer and Weld County. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Monitor client safety and well-being during overnight hours
  • Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals or the client's family
  • Communicate and report any changes in client health or condition
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a personal care worker or homemaker companion is preferred but not required
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check
