Position Overview
As a Supply Chain Solutions Analyst, you will engage with large organizations undergoing significant transformations and embarking on technology journeys aligned with Microsoft’s vision. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients unlock their competitive advantages through innovative Microsoft technologies.

Training Program
Join our comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) Functional Consultant Training Program. This three-month, job-specific initiative is crafted by experienced Microsoft implementation consultants, aimed at nurturing the next generation of technology and business professionals. Your background in manufacturing, distribution, or finance will be invaluable as you develop the skills necessary to become a trusted advisor and proficient Microsoft Dynamics implementer.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Learn best practices and solutions for Microsoft ERP and Cloud through hands-on activities.
  • Familiarize yourself with the latest tools in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and the broader Microsoft product suite.
  • Gain the confidence to make informed decisions in complex business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with industry-recognized leaders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Master the process of managing successful ERP and business transformation projects.
  • Contribute to real business scenarios and client projects.
  • Develop high-value skills and prepare for Microsoft certification exams.
  • Leverage your domain expertise to build trust with clients and team members.

Your Qualifications
We seek candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A willingness to travel.
  • A minimum of three years of combined professional experience in supply chain and manufacturing.
  • A solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain management, finance, and human resources.
  • Experience in at least one full life-cycle implementation of ERP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
  • Relevant certifications such as CSCP or APICS are a plus.
  • A passion for acquiring technical knowledge and improving business processes.
