Job Title: Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bistro Cook to join our team at Courtyard Lithia Springs Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and controlling the proper storage of product and check portion control, to maintain quality product.
  • They will also be expected to keep all refrigeration, equipment, and storage and working areas in clean, working condition in order to comply with health department regulations.

About the Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards is an advantage.
  • The ability to speak, read, write and understand English is essential.
