We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

• Process operational needs
• Address guest requests
• Complete reports
• Share the highlights of the local area

In this role, you will have the opportunity to move about your space and do what needs to be done. Whether you're processing operational needs or addressing guest requests, you'll be empowered to make transactions feel like part of the experience.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
