Job Summary

We are looking for skilled writers who can create engaging and effective resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your writing skills, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for clients
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current resume formats, Application Tracking Systems (ATS), and best practices for resume writing
• Work effectively with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and accountability
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via email and other digital platforms

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in resume writing or 3+ years of cumulative experience in professional writing, Human Resources, career services, or talent acquisition/recruiting
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, time management, and computer literacy
• Knowledge of current resume formats, ATS capabilities, and best practices for developing quality resumes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a fully remote environment
• Certification from a major career organization (e.g., NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS)
