Seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at ProCare Therapy in Ridgefield, Washington. This full-time position offers competitive compensation starting at $45/hour and benefits packages to choose from.
About the RoleWe are committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities through evidence-based therapies and support. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments: Develop comprehensive assessments to inform behavior intervention plans.
- Provide Direct Supervision: Support behavior technicians in implementing behavior plans, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Data Analysis and Monitoring: Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Collaboration and Family Support: Work closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent behavior management across environments.
- Parent Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to help families implement behavior strategies at home.
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification: Current and active certification required.
- Masters Degree: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments: Proven experience in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
- Knowledge of ABA Principles: Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
