About the Role

Stryten Energy is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our maintenance work order database, tracking repairs, and creating a preventative maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Preventative Maintenance Scheduling: Create and manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining the parts room inventory, tracking and ordering equipment, tools, and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily reports on completed and incomplete PMs, as well as work orders created from preventative maintenance work performed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Track equipment downtime and identify failure trends to update the PM schedule accordingly.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Communicate with production supervisors on scheduling planned PMs and coordinate with the PM crew to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Prior industrial experience is required. A degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of computer systems and programs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and good organization/administrative and time management skills.

  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs and 26 to 150 lbs with assistance of equipment.
  • Work Environment: Regularly working in dirty surroundings that are a lead-contaminated area where a uniform and safety shoes must be worn to prevent tracking and/or possible lead contamination of other clean areas or outside of the regulated areas.
