Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and briefing capabilities
  • Evaluate cases for liability, loss, and damages
  • Oversee client reporting, billing, budgeting, and case management tasks
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests
  • Conduct depositions
  • Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
  • Achieve or surpass monthly billable hour targets
  • Engage in occasional travel as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas
  • Experience in civil litigation or insurance defense is preferred
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team or independently
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills are essential
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Experience Level:

  • Litigation experience: 1-5 years (Preferred)

Licensure/Certification:

  • TX Bar License (Required)
