Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Universal Banker to join our team at InBank. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and promoting financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers with day-to-day transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  2. Process loan payments, wire transactions, and other financial services.
  3. Open new accounts, including consumer and business accounts, and provide support for Treasury Management products and services.
  4. Inform customers about banking products and services, identify cross-sell opportunities, and promote financial solutions.
  5. Assist the teller line as needed and accurately process transactions.
  6. Meet or exceed sales and referral goals, as well as individual and branch targets.
  7. Maintain current knowledge of bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and 10-key by touch.
Preferred Skills

Prior experience in teller or sales roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, professional and courteous communication skills, and ability to cross-sell and/or refer bank products based on customers' needs are also desirable.
