MP Assembler

We are seeking a highly skilled MP Assembler to join our team at NESCO Inc. as a Production Line Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line.

• Support Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety (QEH&S) Policy: Ensure compliance with our QEH&S policy and strategic direction, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
• Perform Sub and Final Assemblies: Work with minimal supervision to perform sub and final assemblies, adhering to written job instructions or engineering drawings/work orders.
• Inspect and Sort: Inspect and sort parts, pieces, or products, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Operate Equipment and Tools: Learn and operate various equipment, tooling, or gauging as required, maintaining current instrumentation calibration.
• Identify Process Changes and Improvements: Identify opportunities for process changes and method improvements, contributing to the company's continuous improvement goals.
• Perform Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks in accordance with established quality procedures and ISO requirements.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment: Use and maintain personal protective equipment required to safely perform the job.
• Meet Production Pace: Ensure production pace is maintained to meet customer demand, learning and reviewing daily production goals and metrics as a team.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness (5S) of the work area daily.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience in assembly or other fast-paced operations preferred.
• Good Attendance: Demonstrate good attendance and a professional attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Production, Quality, and Professionalism: Possess a strong understanding of production, quality, and professionalism, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Lifting Requirements: May be required to lift from one to forty pounds.
