Responsibilities:
Manage multiple business operations, including retail stores, fueling stations, restaurants, and truck care centers.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and make informed decisions.
Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
Proven track record of managing operations with annual sales volumes exceeding $2 million.
Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work various shift times, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
