Job Summary: Phlebotomy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to join our team at LanceSoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Prepare blood samples for lab testing, including labeling and packaging
  • Maintain accurate records of blood collections and patient interactions
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Medical training (e.g., medical assistant or paramedic training)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in phlebotomy or a related field
  • Phlebotomy certification (if required by state)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
