### Job Responsibilities

* Set up, adjust, and operate machines to produce high-quality graphite products
* Perform quality control, following set up sheets and instructions
* Edit minor programs when necessary
* Operate CNC and manual machines with precision
* Evaluate and perform tool changes to ensure optimal performance
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

### Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Analytical and numerical skills, with ability to perform mathematical calculations and work with decimals/fractions
* Use of basic measuring tools, such as tape measure and calipers
* Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
* Capable of standing for long periods of time
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
