  • At least two years of experience as a lead teacher or guide, teaching children from infancy to third grade with excellent outcomes">
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the Montessori method, particularly for primary-age children">
  • The ability to meet all credentialing criteria for lead early childhood teachers in Kentucky and any additional state-required training and eligibility requirements">
  • Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds in low-income communities">
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs">
