About the Job

This position involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Med Surg setting, providing high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Nephrology Nursing, specifically with chronic hemodialysis patients.

The job requires the ability to work independently, make decisions based on established clinical nursing practice standards, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience required
  • Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensure appropriate to the state the RN is working in and the appropriate certifications to the position and facility
  • Minimum 1 year previous job experience
  • Proficient oral and written skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Annual Physical
  • Two professional references from current/former supervisors
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a tax-free stipend amount to be determined, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. This is subject to confirmation.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
