Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Tool Country, Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and process incoming inventory, including checking for damage and verifying physical counts against purchase orders.
  • Deliver goods to customers, completing the delivery process by submitting paperwork to the Warehouse Supervisor for receiving process completion.
  • Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
  • Complete daily driver logs and review with the Supervisor at the end of the day.
  • Maintain trucks by completing preventative maintenance requirements and reporting safety and performance issues.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to warehousing, material handling, safety, and shipping.
  • Provide excellent customer service by following company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping trucks clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Protect company confidentiality by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.
  • Prior experience working in a delivery driver environment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level.
