Job Title: Marine/Generator Technician

We are seeking a skilled Marine/Generator Technician to join our team at Bemana Power Recruitment. As a Marine/Generator Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and modifying power generators, as well as performing failure analysis and emergency field service.

Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair power generators, including MTU, Volvo Penta, and John Deere models
  • Perform failure analysis and emergency field service to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Conduct start-ups, PM service, and load bank tests to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain and repair Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and switchgear
  • Work on commercial and industrial customer sites, including hospitals, nursing homes, office buildings, and more
Requirements:
  • Experience working on marine engines, generators, and standby generators
  • Ability to perform full engine overhauls and diagnose complex issues
  • ATS and switchgear experience preferred
  • PLC engine and generator controllers experience
