What We Are Looking For:

We seek highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to help us continue providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for over 35 years, and we are family-owned and operated in the USA. You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales process and innovative diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Our typical workweek allows Retail Sales Consultants to work between 40 and 55 hours.
  • You will provide our customers with a relaxed, informative, and low-pressure shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.
  • We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are essential for success.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
