IT Director

As a key member of our client's organization, the IT Manager will play a pivotal role in driving technology strategy and ensuring systems align with business objectives. This individual will lead a team of skilled IT professionals, manage complex IT projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

The IT Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that support long-term business goals. This includes managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals, overseeing IT projects, and maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software, to ensure optimal performance and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
