Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at Producers Rice Mill, Inc. in Greenville, MS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct electrical work in an industrial setting, including running conduit, pulling wire, wiring motors, and troubleshooting PLCs.
  • Perform inspections of equipment to ensure proper function and maintain adequate housekeeping.
  • Monitor and confirm accurate documentation of maintenance procedures according to food safety and quality assurance guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in electrical or industrial automation.
  • Basic math skills (+, -, *, /).
  • Fluent reading, speaking, writing, and understanding of the English language.
  • Able to climb up to 200 ft.
  • Able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push, and pull throughout the day.
  • Able to lift up to 110 lbs.
  • Able to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Leadership abilities, delegation, conflict management, problem-solving, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to run service crews and supervise contractors.
  • Ability to work with project engineers and plant managers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Electrical license.
  • Knowledge of PLC hardware.
  • Programming experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of plant systems from 13,800 volt primary to 480 volt secondary.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
