This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for moving customer vehicles, interacting with customers, and assisting the service department with various tasks. With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be able to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their vehicles are well taken care of and they receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities:
- Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, wash areas, and parking spaces.
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, assisting with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly service lot, ensuring vehicles are parked properly and ready for service.
- Assist the service department with various tasks, including prepping vehicles for service and assisting the Service Greeters with moving vehicles on the Service drive to ensure our Guests are promptly greeted and assisted in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations required.
- 4 years of driving experience needed.
- Ability to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills necessary.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
- Friendly, with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
