**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Senior Nurse Leader in our Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and services.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.

**Requirements**

  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing nursing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
