About the Job

At Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC, we are seeking a reliable and dependable Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will represent our company in a courteous and professional manner while out on the road and at the home office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in loading trailers with materials, unloading trailers using forklifts or hand trucks, and transporting loads over required routes to proper destinations. You will also be responsible for obtaining shipping bills and necessary signatures, returning completed paperwork to the shipping office, and performing miscellaneous service duties on vehicles. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers and may be required to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Class B CDL, Hazmat & Tanker endorsements, and the ability to read, write, and speak in English. Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena. You will also need to successfully complete a drug test and background check.

Work Environment

The work environment for this position is a warehouse/outdoor environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud. You will work outdoors in all types of weather conditions with exposure to outdoor elements. When working in the warehouse, you will regularly work around moving equipment/mechanical parts and could be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, chemical and biological hazards, vibrations, and a risk of electrical shock. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand (8 hours a day or more), lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling (up to and including 50lbs or more), reaching overhead (up to and including 25lbs), climbing, gripping, grasping, and twisting using hands and wrists, bending and stooping for long periods of time, working below knee levels for short periods, and working above shoulder level for short periods.
