We are seeking a Full-Time Workers' Compensation Specialist to support our Benefits department. This position plays a vital role in collaboration with our Human Resources team to oversee the management of workers' compensation claims throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily management of workers' compensation (WC) claims and auto liability claims
  • Facilitate initial incident reporting and maintain documentation
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding claims
  • Provide administrative updates to ensure timely resolution of claims
  • Lead investigations into WC claims and propose solutions for swift resolution
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of claims and keep management informed
  • Supervise the Return-to-Work/light duty program
  • Drive initiatives for effective management of workers' compensation and employee care
  • Administer occupational health programs related to WC claims
  • Manage WC hours and payouts
  • Ensure achievement of project and departmental objectives
  • Collaborate with staff during inspections and investigations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management capabilities
