Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position and prepare patients for exams according to the type of procedure to be performed.
  • Implement patient orders and assist with transporting patients as needed.
  • Explain procedures to patients and address their concerns in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Operate stationary equipment and/or portable equipment used in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, and at the patient bedside.
Requirements
  • Current License as an MRI Tech by ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) required.
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • Must be graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician.
  • Vocational School Graduate.
  • Experience in performing all MRI procedures.
  • Two (2) years experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
