Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide high-quality behavioral health services to our clients. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering individualized, integrated services that address the holistic needs of clients, including healthcare, mental health, substance abuse treatment, and supportive services.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the support and implementation of effective and quality behavioral health and case management services to clients.
- Deliver individualized services based on health intervention screening tools, including PHQ-2, PHQ-9, SBIRT, etc.
- Ensure prompt delivery of strength-based therapeutic services, including individualized treatment plans for clients regarding behavioral health and/or recovery needs.
- Foster coordination among supportive services, medical, vision, dental, and psychiatric staff, as needed, to ensure client-focused, integrated healthcare.
- Ensure linkage and referral to community resources for long-term support.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed by Ohio CSWMFT Board as an LPC, LSW, LMFT, or Ohio Psychology Board as a Psychologist.
- Conducting diagnostic assessments required.
- Preferred one year working in human services field.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health disorders, substance abuse disorder, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
