  • Verify all deliveries from the Distribution Center
  • Execute and uphold the Planogram according to In-Store Presentation standards
  • Restock merchandise from storage areas to ensure availability on the sales floor
  • Ensure promotional displays and sales align with operational guidelines
  • Manage markdowns in accordance with operational standards
  • Organize additional inventory in designated spaces (including storage towers and stockrooms)
  • Handle processing of empty cards, transfers, and damaged goods as necessary
  • Confirm style numbers in the concession system for accurate scanning
  • Actively seek and propose strategies to enhance sales performance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Concession area, ensuring products are not left on the floor
  • Mentor and train team members by exemplifying strong product knowledge
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager, offering insights and suggestions for improvement
