Operations Supervisor

As a key member of the RATP Dev team, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation services. This includes managing a team of logistics and operations coordinators, ensuring the smooth execution of routes and schedules, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of logistics and operations coordinators to ensure efficient and effective transportation services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in transportation operations or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
