- Extend emotional support and education to gravely ill patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive care environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in intensive care unit nursing.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in intensive care unit nursing.
