Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Preferred Healthcare Staffing. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in capturing high-quality diagnostic images for patients in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and operate diagnostic imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Operate computerized equipment to capture high-quality images, working closely with physicians to evaluate and determine the need for additional images.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration, as required by state law.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • At least two years of experience in radiology, with a strong focus on acute care.
