Meat Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Meat Associate to join our team. As a Meat Associate, you will play a critical role in helping customers and assisting in product receiving, inventory, and storage, price, stock, and rotate product, and maintain safety and sanitation standards in all meat product areas.

• Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate cooler stock
• Weigh, price, and label products
• Stock cases and select products
• Prepare valued-added products
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Develop product knowledge and suggestive selling skills
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Ability to work in a cold environment

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
• Job cycles: continual maximum
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.

• Category IV: Lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
