Position Overview

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the finance department by examining financial records, verifying transactions, generating financial reports, and aiding in the preparation of budgets. Key responsibilities will also encompass the creation of financial statements, conducting bank reconciliations, and providing training support to accounting staff.

  • Assist in the preparation of annual audit documentation
  • Generate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and budget evaluations
  • Revise financial control protocols
  • Reconcile operational bank accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of General Ledger
  • Advise on FASB/Consolidation issues
  • Support various accounting operations
  • Facilitate training sessions for bookkeeping personnel
  • Conduct financial research and analysis
  • Monitor financial data at month-end
  • Evaluate sales performance
  • Develop customized POS reporting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Acumatica, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, bank reconciliations, and budget formulation
  • Familiarity with ADP Vantage is advantageous
